SHIPPING POLICY

At Valk Outdoor, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping rates, delivery times, and international shipping conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • European Union: Free shipping on orders over €80.00

  • United States: Free shipping on orders over $120.00

  • Orders below these thresholds will show the exact shipping rate during checkout.

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and/or local tariffs may apply.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

  • All import-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Valk Outdoor has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders worldwide using professional courier services. The selected courier depends on destination and package size to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment online

This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • Note the damage with the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the package and products.

Failure to report visible shipping damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility.

Wholesale & Large Volume Orders

For wholesale or large-volume shipments, shipping conditions are arranged in consultation with the customer.

Depending on order size and destination, we offer:

  • Sea freight

  • Air freight

  • Land transport
     

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the selected method and will be quoted separately.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Valk Outdoor, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains your right of withdrawal, returns, exchanges, and refund conditions in accordance with European Union consumer law.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email), including your order number.

You may use the standard EU model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Extended 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the 14-day legal withdrawal period, Valk Outdoor offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

To qualify under this extended policy:

  • The product must be returned in good condition

  • You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a physical store

  • Excessive use beyond what is necessary to assess the product’s nature and function may result in a deduction for diminished value

This extended policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day legal period:

  • We will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery.

  • If you selected a more expensive shipping method than our standard option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed:

  • Within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product:

  • The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is defective or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Valk Outdoor is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for a different size or model), please contact us with your order number.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
